Shipping & Delivery

All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1–2 business days from Perth, Western Australia. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel has been shipped.

Standard Shipping (Australia)

Flat rate: $9.95 Sent via Australia Post Parcel Post. Estimated delivery time: 2–6 business days depending on destination. Tracking is included with every order.

Express Shipping (Australia)

Flat rate: $12.95 Sent via Australia Post Express Post. Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days. Tracking is included with every order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us with your order number. We will assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
